Christmas, painted by hand

Xmas Season began in a small, light-filled studio with an easel, a cup of tea and a stack of snowy sketches. Every December we found ourselves painting the same things: frosted townhouses, vintage cars dusted with snow, red buses gliding through London at dusk, and a few cheerful penguins in knitted scarves.

Those paintings became cards. The cards became ornaments, prints and cosy knits. Today Xmas Season is a little shop for people who love Christmas the old-fashioned way: warm, handmade and full of stories.
